Tip #5 Kicks in the Mix
Chris Legh suggests one plan for a Triton workout by incorporating the kicking element during stroke recovery. No other dryland swim trainer provides this kicking feature. Similar to a pool workout, Chris will end a stroke set on the Triton and while in between reps, will transition to a kick set which allows him to keep heart rate up and overall aerobic work in play. Using the control panel, he’ll perform sets based on distance and time similar to a workout guided by a pool clock.
