Chris Legh shows how he prefers to use the Triton - with his hands engaged on the paddle assemblies throughout the stroke workout.  As a professional triathlete,  Chris is able to swim thousands of yards per week in a pool so he uses the Triton specifically to strengthen front-of-stroke “high elbow” muscle groups.  For other athletes hoping to replace pool time, the Triton accomplishes a “full stroke workout” including the “relaxed arm hand recovery” demonstrated on the home page. The Triton is versatile and allows each workout style to be customized to accomplish each athlete’s dryland needs.
